Its tap is so bad, it's dropping out from one side the whole time. It has to be dropping from the dropping hole and this is happened beside another dropping from another side of the tap. Also, when I close the tap to stop separation process it doesn't stop and keep dropping the whole time. Separation was disappointing. It's really doesn't worth mony. I with to through it on the wall. The price is high and quality is too low. Please Amazon do your best regarding to that

The 100 mL chromatography column has a volume of only 80 mL between the frit and the reservoir bulb, not 100 mL like the product description.
Because you need to leave a bit room for sand, there is only 75 mL of usable volume for your resin.
The column works but the petcock is a bit leaky (water will leak out the sides) so you have to tighten the nut quite a bit - and don't turn your back on a loaded column without tightening the nut as much as you can. This is not a problem with the average burette.
It's difficult to load this column with solute because you have to aim the pipette stream at nearly the top lip to avoid disturbing the sand.
Also, the top lip is too thick for a standard Keck clamp. You'll have to use a wire clamp.
I wrote to StonyLab and they asked me to send them a video to prove it. I instead chose to spend my time to write this review.
