Shipment whithin United States

Labware orders are typically processed in 3 to 5 business days and chemicals/catalysts in 10 to 20 business days. Domestic shipping will take another 3 - 7 business days depending on shipment methods.

Items may arrive in separate packages. You will not incur additional shipping charges under this circumstance. Prices as shown are subject to change without notice.

Return Policy

At StonyLab, we respect and value every customer. Because your trust is important to us, we want you to be completely happy with every purchase. If you are not satisfied, for any reason, we are glad to accept returns of saleable product. The following rules apply:

  • Before returning any items, please contact our customer team (support@stonylab.com) to let us know your problem. We will take quick and appropriate action to assist you. All products shall not be returned without prior authorization from StonyLab. 

  • Labware: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt for all labware. A return shipping fee may apply.

  • Equipment: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt only if the package is not opened. Small equipment are subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee; large equipment (>1L) are subject to a 40% restocking fee. 

  • Custom Products: non-returnable and non-refundable. 

  • Returns on items received after these time periods are accepted at our discretion.

  • ​Bulk purchase or custom orders are final. No returns will be granted.

  • StonyLab reserves the right to determine the condition and salability of returned items.

  • Refund will be issued to your original form of tender or StonyLab credit.
