I'm a trained chemist, but it's been a while since I dabbled and I needed a new sep funnel. Frankly, for the price (~$60) I thought I would get crap. This funnel is not crap at all. I wish I had bought 3. Actually, now as I write this, I'm going to clear them out. If they restock, do yourself a favor and grab one. I can also confirm that it is most definitely borosilicate.

The PTFE stopcock seems to have been perforated in the wrong place, or else a piece of glass extrusion is blocking it. Only about a third of the hole in PTFE is available for flow when fully opened - Which sucks for viscous liquids.<br>This item seems to have missed a quality check, assuming they do quality checks...
