Used this to distill water one time. By the time I was finished, the bottom of this flask had developed a mosaic of cracks across it. None of them went all the way through to the interior, but they made it impossible to get the bottom clean again. Am relieved they didn't go all the way through, but surely the next time I use the flask they will do just that. Otherwise, a fine flask. What more should I be evaluating it on performance-wise other than its resistance to cracking, at which it kinda failed?
